SO LONG SCHLOCKHEADS...

...Well not entirely.

I'm getting more serious about making films among other things and finding myself with very little time to post anything good here in months. All I ever seem to do around here is post nothing but half-ass items and no blog on schlock should treat their readers with garbage like that.

So after a long period of questioning what to do; I decided that I will no longer update this blog any longer. I would rather end it while it still can instead of letting it drag on slowly like a dying patient in a intensive care unit who refuses to die. Instead, I will just stop updating it and let it stand as an archive of sorts for anyone who wants to go back to the years of schlock that I tried to share.

I want to thank everyone who has dropped by over the years and those who stuck with the blog for that long as well, and to everyone who was a fan and added a link to their blogs.

But like I said in the beginning I'm not gone entirely. You can still follow my exploits here or learn a new skill here at my other blog. In a sense I'm still active in schlock but instead of showing the works of others I'm actually going to try and make my own and hopefully you can follow along.

Also don't forget to check out the many awesome blogs listed on the sidebar who are doing a far better job at keeping the love of schlock alive.

I'm not sure if I dig it or even understand Twitter entirely, but for the sake of getting more out there in the public to promote hopefully some pulp in the near future you can now follow along with my exploits here.

SPRING SALE UPDATE AND MORE

I'm somewhere in my secret lab busy working on several projects and getting my computer repaired. I'm also still in the process of getting stuff scanned for the spring sale which includes all sorts of pulps and flicks. Posts should resume normally in the next week or two. Stay weird!

OUTBREAK

A viral outbreak of the flu virus has seized the Schlocko family here in secret HQ. At first it seemingly appeared as if I didn't get hit as hard as others around these parts, but my throat is getting sore and my nose is flowing like Niagara Falls. I'm at the moment, illing, as the kids call it, and taking it easy for the rest of the week with lots of meds, Gatorade, and cable to keep me alive.

The pisser is that I have a dentist appointment on Thursday to extract a tooth. This is not what I would call a fun week. Posting should resume next week. Stay weird!

PSYCHOTRONICA HAS RISEN BACK FROM THE GRAVE

For those not in the know; Psychotronica is one of the grooviest spots on the wild internet for great music and fantastic downloads of some rare grindhouse finds.

It went out a few days ago, but has risen back from the grave to give us all more fantastic schlock. Just be a polite schlockhead and drop a comment once in awhile over there with some thanks for the rare flicks you will surely dig.

Oh, and as a bit of warning: Psychotronica can be considered not safe for squares (NSFS). Stay weird!
